Good fortune comes, good fortune goes;
in the end all we have is each other...
...so our ambition is to help each other, and
our community, grow stronger, better

Helping Employees:

We work hard at finding employees with honesty, energy, plus enthusiasm ... people who are committed to learning the ins and outs of our industry. Then we work hard at keeping that person as part of our team. Team spirit helped create our winning tradition - we believe if we develop individuals as professionals, our entire team will serve your company better.

  • Winners announced at UNI College of Business: "Business Week,"
  • $500 Cash prize to each winner.
  • If you're employed in one of the three award categories, you may nominate one

The Matt Parrott Integrity Awards recognize and acknowledge the relationship between integrity and leadership.

Leadership is the art and technique of influencing individuals or groups to work together with enthusiasm, dedication and skill, toward a common goal.

Integrity is a vital characteristic of leadership. One must adhere to a code of ethics and moral values without compromise. One must carefully avoid deviousness; utter sincerity, honesty and candor are requisites of strong leadership.
